The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways has issued a notification making FASTag mandatory for all vehicles starting from February 15, 2021. This will be applicable for all new & old vehicles. This has been done to help the commuters to make payments at the toll plaza without stopping the vehicle for cash payment.
