Returns + Exchanges
(Applicable at Stores)
- We only offer exchanges; we do not offer any refunds or store credit.
- We will issue a product exchange for any product that is returned in an unused, sellable and undamaged condition, in its original packaging. The product must be returned within 7 days of the date of purchase alongwith the original copy of the invoice.
- Missing items, wrong products or excess charges must be reported within 24 hours of the purchase alongwith the original copy of the invoice.
- Merchandise such as chocolates, aerated beverages, cosmetics, frozen food, dairy food, ice and ice creams and similar products which are required to be maintained at optimum temperature are exempt from exchange.
