This Loyalty card is not a credit/debit or ATM card.
It is freely transferable and redeemable for any product/merchandise (excluding Tobacco, Baby Foods and Cooking Mediums) at any 24SEVEN store in India at any time, unless otherwise specified at the point of sale.
The card balance is redeemable for available merchandise/products only and will not be redeemed for cash.
This card is valid for 12 calendar months from the month of activation.
To redeem the balance, user has to present physical card to cashier at the time of purchase
Maximum monthly value available for shopping is Rs. 1,000.
In case the bill value exceeds the monthly limit of Loyalty Card, the difference must be paid by the user through any of the acceptable modes of payment.
This Loyalty Card is not valid until activated.
Activation of card may take upto 3 Hours from the time of purchase.
This card will not be replaced or refunded if lost or stolen.
We do not undertake bearer authentication at stores, hence safeguarding of the card is the user's responsibility.
No return policy is applicable on the Loyalty cards.
The amount deposited in the 24Seven VIP Advantage card is non-negotiable, non-redeemable and non-returnable by cash.
The company reserves the rights to change TnCs without any prior notice.
